WATCH: Jiangsu village official caught on video trying to rip off woman's top at local restaurant
A village official in Jiangsu Village, China, has been caught red-handed attempting to rip off the shirt of a woman.
According to Shanghaiist, the incident took place at a local restaurant. The woman was 'trapped' on the official's lap.
Pictures of the incident also show the man groping the woman while holding her close to his face and chest.
In some photos, the women's bright-coloured underwear can be seen.
The official has since been suspended and the incident is under investigation.
